Quality Management has become increasingly important when tendering for public sector contracts and being able to demonstrate an effective quality management system is not only a requirement in the tendering process but also a major benefit to your business.
This workshop will provide an introduction to quality management and ISO 9001, tips on building an effective management system and information on how to complete quality related tender questions.
