How to Win (more) Tenders is held over two full days, two weeks apart.

What level is this training seminar?

This is a Level 3 event designed for companies and third sector organisations with experience of bidding for work and want to improve their tender performance, quality of their bids or aspire to bidding for bigger contracts.

What does How to Win (more) Tenders cover?

The workshops will utilise collateral material specifically developed to allow participants to review a tender document, evaluate the tender against defined evaluation criteria and score the tender.

The training will consider what businesses or organisations have to do at each stage of a tender process to increase their chances of success. This will include considering the process issues in terms of what has to be done but also the softer issues and perceptions that can be created in terms of how behaviours and things that potential suppliers do that build up an impression in the clients' minds.
