Every prequalification is the same but different!
Don’t expect the same answers to satisfy every customer. Each tender exercise is different and how you score and rank will be measured in relative terms in terms of how you rank in overall terms. The customer will pick only the highest ranking candidates and draw a line at a point that ensures they have enough competition at the invitation to tender stage. Where you rank will also depend on how many companies participate and the level of competition.
