You will now be asked to complete a series of nine short forms. This should only take 10 minutes or so. It will be easier and quicker if you have your information to hand.

Some of the information you will be asked to provide includes:

• full contact details
• a description of your company in less than 50 words
• number of employees
• your annual turnover
• if you have Health & Safety/Environmental/Equalities policies
• if your company is QA accredited
• your levels of indemnity and liability insurance
