Awareness raising event to demonstrate the added value that Social Enterprises can bring to public sector contract delivery.
This free event will showcase the added value Social Enterprise can bring to Public Sector contract delivery. The event will also examine the challenges involved in becoming “tender ready” and look at some of practical aspects of delivering community benefits.
Social Enterprises will be given an opportunity to promote their services at the event in a market stall area and share their learning experiences. The event also creates opportunities to book one to one sessions with support agencies that can assist enterprising organisations enterprises make the journey to becoming tender ready.
The event, sponsored by Ready for Business, will be particularly useful to procurement staff interested in understanding more about community benefit generation and also new social enterprises interested in improving their visibility to public sector bodies.
