Partner Event

As the second phase to their Hard FM procurement programme, Aberdeenshire Council will shortly be publishing a new tender opportunity on the PCS portal (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) –  a Framework allowing the award of Lifecycle Component Replacement projects, individual Minor Works packages and jobbing works.

The first phase of the Hard FM programme was in relation to a single supplier covering all Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance tasks – this second phase is targeted towards being able to split individual projects and minor works across the most appropriate contractors available within the supply base.

The Framework itself will be split across the 6 geographical wards of Aberdeenshire:

  • Marr
  • Formartine
  • Buchan
  • Banff & Buchan
  • Garioch
  • Kincardine & Mearns

These will then be subsequently split by a multitude of individual trades – including, but not limited to, roofing, plumbing, electrical work etc.

With interested parties being encourage to apply for one, some or all lots appropriate to them

The Supplier Development Programme will host this free webinar to support suppliers interesting in this contract opportunity
