Using PCS - Angus

Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) is the national public sector tender portal for Scotland. It lists contract opportunities for all public sector bodies including the upcoming call for competition for  Angus Council’s tender for Quality Funded Early Learning and Childcare (QFELC).

Angus Council will shortly be going out to tender for Quality Funded Early Learning and Childcare (QFELC) for delivery of services from August 2020.  In order to support businesses what may have never or have limited experience in bidding for a contract, we will be holding two training sessions to help you apply and bid for this contract opportunity.

During these evening training sessions, representatives from Angus Council’s Early Years and the Procurement team will discuss the requirements for the tender, and the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) will provide free training on Public Contracts Scotland – the service through which you will apply and bid for the tender to deliver the Early Learning and Childcare Services for the Council.

During this evening training session, we will discuss the key topics in relation to the above tender exercise.
