Introduction to PCS-T - Glasgow City

Glasgow City Council is intending to publish a tender for “Early Years Nursery Provision” on the 1st of October 2019. The purpose of this contract is in relation to the commitment of Scottish Government and local authorities to the near doubling of the funded Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) entitlement from 600 to 1,140 hours per year from August 2020 for all three and four year olds, and eligible two year olds.

In order to support early learning and childcare providers, Glasgow City Council is working with the Supplier Development Programme to deliver training on:
