Argyll and Bute Council – Future contract opportunity for local businesses.

Argyll and Bute Council have published a Prior Information Notice on Public Contracts Scotland for Tenancy Support Services.

Local businesses and third sector organisations are encouraged to review and considering bidding on the opportunity. 

Argyll and Bute Council are seeking suppliers of Tenancy Support Services to prevent homelessness and repeat homelessness.

Suppliers of the services must also:

• Assist supported people to sustain mainstream tenancies
• Help supported people to prepare for the allocation of a permanent home while accommodated in temporary accommodation.
• Provide quality services to ensure best value is achieved.
• Promote and encourage the development of skills necessary to support independent living.
• Assist supported people to sustain Housing First tenancies.

The Contract will be divided into 5 lots.
