Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd Hosting Market Engagement Events to Shape Future Engineering Procurement

Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) is inviting organisations and stakeholders to take part in a series of market engagement events aimed at shaping the future of Engineering Technical Professional and Support Services procurement.

The in-person events will be held across three Scottish locations:

• Stornoway Town Hall – Wednesday, 17th September
• Gourock Gamble Hall – Tuesday, 23rd September
• Corran Halls, Oban – Monday, 29th September

These sessions offer a valuable opportunity for industry professionals, community groups, and public sector representatives to contribute their insights and help CMAL identify the most effective and inclusive approaches to sourcing services.

CMAL is particularly keen to hear from:

• Engineering and technical consultants
• Marine, electrical, and civil engineering contractors
• SMEs and supported businesses
• Third sector organisations
• Local councils and community liaison groups
• Environmental organisations

The events will also feature representatives from the Supplier Development Programme, who will provide guidance to SMEs and supported businesses on becoming tender-ready.
