Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited seeks supplier feedback on Port Infrastructure Framework

Over the past year, Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) has undertaken supplier engagement activities to better understand how future procurement opportunities can be structured to support effective project delivery. Feedback received during this process has informed the development of two proposed multi-lot frameworks covering a range of technical and contractor services.

As the project moves into its next phase, CMAL is seeking further market feedback before progressing to the tender stage. They welcome responses from organisations that have participated in previous engagement activities, as well as those who are becoming involved for the first time.

CMAL are seeking suppliers feedback on:

• Which framework lots may be of interest to your organisation
• If the proposed framework structure meets market needs
• If there are any barriers to participation
• Areas for improvement

Suppliers are encouraged to submit their feedback before the deadline, on Friday 17 July 2026.

Subject to the feedback received, CMAL anticipates publishing the tender opportunity in August 2026.
