Contract opportunity for Housing Upgrade, Lerwick, Shetland Islands

Shetland Islands Council proposes to carry out accessible housing upgrades to two dwelling houses in Lerwick, Shetland.

Refurbishment of No 2 Braefield, Lerwick, Shetland and No 13 Bakland, Lerwick, Shetland.

Works comprise alterations to the current internal layouts including a new kitchen and bathroom suite to suit DDA requirements to both properties along with the provision of a new access ramp to No 2 Braefield, Lerwick.

It is anticipated that the works will commence on site in April 2025 with a contract duration of 8 weeks.
