Give your Feedback on Employee Health and Wellbeing in Scotland

Calling all employers: SDP is encouraging you to take Public Health Scotland’s latest survey, to explain how your business approaches employee health and wellbeing.   

The survey takes under 15 minutes to complete and responses are confidential; neither you nor your business’s name will be identified when reporting the results.

Survey Outcomes

Results from the survey will help inform discussions and the development of a Scottish Health and Work Action Plan, which is a formal commitment in the Scottish Population Health Framework (published in June 2025).

The Action Plan will highlight common challenges in employee health and wellbeing and propose how government can help businesses support their employees.

Further Research

As well as its Employer Survey, Public Health Scotland will also seek feedback from employers in 1-2-1 engagements, smaller group meetings and workshops.
