Meet the Buyer Tayside to Return in 2025!

MTB LogoDon’t miss Meet the Buyer Tayside 2025, hosted by Dundee City Council, in partnership with Angus Council, Perth and Kinross and the Supplier Development Programme. Businesses of all sizes are invited to this free in-person Meet the Buyer event, on 4th March 2025, at the Innovation Hub at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc Ltd (MSIP).

 

Connect with Key Buyers and Decision Makers in the Tayside Region

This free event provides local suppliers with an unprecedented opportunity to engage with public and private sector buyers, to learn about upcoming contract and supply chain opportunities across Tayside.

Attendees on the day will be able to network with a range of public sector organisations, including:

  • Dundee City Council Procurement
  • Abertay University
  • Angus Council
  • Dundee and Angus College
  • Dundee City Council Employability Service
  • NHS Tayside Health and Work
  • Perth & Kinross Council
  • Scotland Excel

You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with larger contractors, such as MVV Environment Baldovie Ltd, Robertson Tayside, and more, to learn about upcoming projects in the region and explore future sub-contracting opportunities. 

Attendees will also have access to a number of business support organisations, including SDP, Business Gateway Tayside, and Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, to learn about the support available to help grow your business in 2025.

Demystifying Public Procurement

There will also be a variety of speaking sessions and short workshops. These sessions are designed to provide insights into public sector procurement processes, helping demystify key topics like:

  • Community Wealth Building
  • How to use Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) and Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) to win more work
