Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Supplier Development Programme!

It has been another very busy year for SDP.

From January to early December 2023, there was a total of 2,778 new registrations, 1,861 of which were from Scottish-based SMEs.

The Supplier Development Programme would like to thank all of our suppliers for your support during 2023.

Check out our (Jan - Dec 2023) year in review:

• 2,778 new accounts registered with SDP.
• 1,861 new unique Scottish-based SMEs registered with SDP.
• 9,572 event registrations from suppliers for both in-person and online events. 
• 4,926 attendees across all events, including Core Training, Talking Tenders, Aligned Tender Training and Meet the Buyers.
• 101 events held in 2023, including:
• 49 Core Training webinars;
• 17 Talking Tenders webinars;
• 20 Aligned Tender Training webinars;
• 10 Meet the Buyer events and
• 3 Meet the Contractor events. 

Our SDP elves are already hard at work, creating a jam packed events calendar for 2024!

If you're a micro, small or medium sized business based in Scotland, please ensure that you visit the events section and register for FREE to join upcoming tender training and engagement events in 2024.

Please note: over the festive period, the SDP Office will be closed from 22 December 2023 until 8 January 2024.

But don't worry, there is still plenty of free resources for Scottish SMEs to access while the office is closed, such as the SDP jargon buster, procurement guide, policy templates, and of course, our free eLearning modules, where you learn how to get 'tender ready' for contract opportunities in 2024!
