Public Contracts Scotland website update released

Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) have now released planned improvements to the

The new front page of the PCS websitePublicContractsScotland.gov.uk website on 27 February - the first wave of a series of updates to the PCS website.

The changes are designed to refresh the look of the site and enhance the user experience, without changing any functionality – all previous options such as Search Notices, Search Buyers, Suppliers Area etc. are retained. The update also improves the experience when browsing PCS on a mobile phone or tablet.

PCS will improve the site further in the near future, and will announce updates around the time they are planned to be implemented.

Gillian Cameron, SDP Scotland Programme Manager said:

“Public Contracts Scotland is a key website for suppliers, not only to find contract opportunities but also provides a wealth of information for suppliers to understand who is buying what in Scotland. At our training events SDP advocate that SMEs take some time to use the PCS site for research to help them identify potential future contract, contacts and sub contract opportunities.”
