Spotlight on Family Business at Herald Scottish Family Business Awards 2015

The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) is proud to sponsor the Rural Family Business (Small) Category at The Herald Scottish Family Business Awards 2015, in association with Business Gateway.

Now in their fourth year the awards will recognise and reward family businesses of all sizes and all sectors in Scotland, celebrating the success of the diverse, dynamic and innovative family business sector.

Councillor Chris Thompson chair of The Supplier Development Programme said: “Family businesses are a cornerstone of the economy, supporting local people and communities across the country. The majority of SME’s in Scotland are family owned and deliver unrivalled products, services and customer care.

“The Supplier Development Programme is proud to support these businesses by delivering free procurement training, and to sponsor The Herald Scottish Family Business Awards as a way of recognising their great efforts and enterprise.”

Entry to the Awards is now open at www.herald-events.com/familybusiness. All entries must be received by the closing date of 1^st October.
