Suppliers Wanted: Rail Cluster Builder Contract with Scottish Enterprise

Scottish Enterprise is looking to appoint a supplier to deliver activity as a “Cluster Builder” for the Rail sector in Scotland. This project will establish a “Cluster Builder” to communicate and raise awareness of the benefits of the Rail industry to Scottish SMEs and enable them to take advantage of the opportunities, increasing the number of Scottish companies operating in the Rail sector and in turn supporting the development of the industry in Scotland.

It is envisaged that this project will commence on 13 July 2020 for a period of 18-months. The estimated value of the contract is £66,666.67. It is an Open Procedure, and the contract is not subject to renewal.

Deliverables include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead and align industry engagement with public sector and academic partners
  • Liaise with stakeholders and SMEs across the SE area to understand the needs of the rail sector
  • Build understanding of existing rail assets
