EU Thresholds Rise for 2018/19

3 Jan 2018: The European Commission has updated thresholds above which public procurement rules apply for the next two years. The new thresholds for contracts governed by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, the Concessions Contracts (Scotland) Regulation 2016, the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 and the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011, came into force on 1 January 2018, and will be in place until the end of 2019.
