East Lothian Council – Upcoming Frameworks

East Lothian Council has frameworks for maintenance requirements for Public Buildings and Council Houses, this includes Plumbing and Slabbing, Tarring & Groundworks.

The Framework documents follow a similar format, with similar quality questions and selection criteria. They are all ranked with a similar approach to contract management.

It is the intention of ELC to inform all suppliers about the Frameworks and the expectations with regards to the responses, also to inform what ELC are looking for, when evaluating quality responses.

In 2025 ELC expect to publish the to publish the frameworks for groundworks prior to June, with the plumbing framework prior to May.
