Are you looking for inspiration and advice as you plan a more sustainable future for your business? Scottish Enterprise is hosting a webinar to share lessons and advice rom three Scottish businesses who have already made significant progress on its journey to Net Zero.

At this webinar, you will hear from:

  • Bruichladdich Distillery - a whisky and gin distiller based on the Isle of Islay. A certified B corp who assesses and monitors its environmental impacts across all aspects of its business, including Full Lifecycle Assessments on every products. The distillery aims to decarbonise distillation by 2025 and be Net Zero by 2050.
  • Innovatium Group - a micro business developing technology solutions to meet the challenges of industrial decarbonisation, energy security and energy resilience. Its primary project is PRISMA which is a liquid air battery that integrates energy storage and compressed air for industrial use. Currently 10-12% of global industrial electricity is consumed by air compressors, PRISMA aims to reduce this by storing energy in tandem with existing engineering processes using compressed air.
  • Kenoteq - a supplier of low carbon closed loop circular building materials. It has created the closed loop K-briq® which contains over 90% recycled construction and demolition waste, uses 1/10 of the energy in its production compared to a traditional brick and has a 90% lower carbon footprint. Kenoteq is also now targeting to become a net carbon neutral business.
