Talking Tenders with Scottish Borders Council (SCB)

The purpose of this webinar is to provide you - as a potential bidder, with information about the upcoming framework and the13 lots listed below. SCB are keen for suppliers who are on the current subcontracting framework and new suppliers to attend the session, as work is expected to start around October 2025.  The main anticipated user of the Framework will be Scottish Borders Council (SBc Contracts) with Scottish Borders Housing Association named participant however, other named participants may also be added which will be detailed in the tender documents.

SBc Contracts are the significant trading organisation of Scottish Borders Council delivering the roads maintenance programme as well as construction of Capital investment works. SBc Contracts have become a well-recognised key player in the construction industry undertaking works in the Public and Private sectors in southern and central Scotland and beyond.

The Framework Agreement will have multi-value and multi-supplier lots detailed below:
