Subcontractors and Specialist Contractors for Building Services Framework

West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC), in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme is hosting a Supplier Engagement Event to raise awareness of its upcoming Building Services Framework. 

The Council is seeking Subcontractors and Specialist Contractors who can provide a high quality repairs and maintenance service together with delivering capital projects. The projects will ensure that all WDC's housing, operational and non-operational properties are well maintained at a reasonable cost, providing value of money, are sustainable and are kept in a good and safe state of repair.

The contract is divided into 11 Lots, the purpose of the Lots is to attract as many qualified local tradespeople on the Subcontractor list as practical. The Lots will be as follows: 

  • Landscaping including the provision of resin path 
  • Flooring 
  • Metal Fabrications 
  • Scaffold
  • Electrical Specialist including entry systems and alarms 
  • Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) including General Mechanical Specialists 
  • Laundry Equipment 
  • Plumbing 
  • Small Jobs
  • Asbestos Removal 
  • External Works

 This training is available to suppliers of all sizes.
