• practical help with personal care tasks i.e. eating, dressing, using the toilet, personal hygiene 
• delivery of meals 
• help with shopping, collecting prescriptions and benefits of any payments of accounts 
• help with essential domestic hygiene 
• help with laundry 
• coping with medicines 
• provision of emergency care at home services

To provide dedicated tender support for the West Dunbartonshire Council framework for Social Care Services which will include Home Care services, the Supplier Development Programme in partnership with the Council will be running this free step by step tender training session to support local micro, small and medium sized businesses, including supported businesses and third sector organisations who wish to bid for this contract.

Potential bidders will be trained on how to access this tender in real-time. This will include how to register/ login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), to find this West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) contract notice and follow the buyer’s instructions to access the tender documents in Public Contracts Scotland -Tender (PCS-T). The session will also cover expert help on, accessing the tender documents / each of the envelopes and access the buyers’ questions, the buyer attachments, demonstrate the Q&A functionality plus show how to upload supporting documents and how to submit your bidder response.
