Can you Supply & Deliver Bread, Rolls & Bakery Products?

Scotland Excel is currently seeking suppliers for a new framework opportunity for the Supply & Delivery of Bread, Rolls & Bakery Products, the Prior Information Notice (Pin) was published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) on 12/4/23 and it is anticipated that the contract notice will be published shortly and will be open until 3 July 2023.

In terms of distribution suppliers can bid for one, any or all council areas – so a small bakery could opt just to bid for their local council. Also, if suppliers have restrictions within an area, i.e., could only service care homes and not schools or vice versa – they can state this within the tender and would not be penalised for this.
