Comhairle nan Eilean Siar Seeks Occupational Therapy Equipment Maintenance

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, the Western Isles Council, is seeking Occupational Therapy Equipment Maintenance provider, with more details included on its PIN.  

The requirement of the Occupational Therapy Equipment Maintenance Contract covers

• Twice-yearly overhauling, servicing, checking and general maintenance of various bath lifts, stair lifts, ceiling track hoists, riser-recliner chairs, changing tables as listed
• Replacement of defective fittings and components as instructed
• Reactive response to repairs within 24 hours of notification throughout the Western Isles.
• Inspection and written report on equipment

The routine inspections shall be carried out twice a year; August/September and February/March of each year.

Locations included in the contract are council properties, residential homes, private dwellings and Community Equipment Service Stores throughout the Western Isles.
