Could you provide pupil bus transportation services to Dundee City Council?

Dundee City Council has launched an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of bus transportation services for senior school pupils travelling to either Gardyne or Kingsway College Campuses.

The contract, which has been published on Public Contract Scotland, aims to ensure reliable and safe travel for senior school pupils attending further education courses at local colleges. Transport operators are now being invited to submit bids.

The tender requires all suppliers to hold a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Operator’s Licence and ensure their drivers have the appropriate Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) licence. Drivers must also be vetted and approved under the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme, with applications to Disclosure Scotland submitted within seven days of appointment.

The deadline for tender submissions is 28/07/2025 at 12 noon.
