Dumfries and Galloway Council seeking suppliers for Window Cleaning Services

Dumfries and Galloway Council has published a prior information notice (PIN) on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) for Window Cleaning Services.

The Council is seeking suppliers to clean of all the windows for Dumfries and Galloway Council buildings. The contract is divided into 4 Lots, suppliers may submit a tender for all Lots. The lots are as follows:

• Window Cleaning Lot 1 - Annandale Area 40 Council Buildings
• Window Cleaning Lot 2 - Dumfries & Eskdale Area 68 Council Buildings
• Window Cleaning Lot 3 – Stewartry Area 33 Council Buildings
• Window Cleaning Lot 4 – Wigtownshire (Machar’s & Rhins) Area 43 Council Buildings

The estimated start date of the contract is 7 November 2022 until 7 November 2025. There will be an opportunity to for renewal on all four Lots for a further 1-year period.
