Inverclyde Out of Hours Homelessness Service – Market Research Questionnaire

Inverclyde Council has published a Future Contract Opportunity on Public Contracts Scotland to gather information which will be used to engage and understand the marketplace while informing the procurement strategy for the commissioning of an out of hours homelessness service. The service will be delivered from 5pm to 8am Monday to Friday and over each weekend until 8am on the following Monday. Inverclyde Council

Specifically, the Council is looking to transition to a 100% community based temporary accommodation and close the outdated 24 bed hostel which currently operates 24/7. In closing the hostel, the requirement for a telephone service out of hours has been identified to provide statutory assistance to individuals and families in housing crisis out with office hours.
