New home for Healthy Working Lives

Healthy Working Lives has launched its new website, allowing businesses across Scotland to access personalised advice to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of their workforce.

The new home of health, safety and wellbeing, www.healthyworkinglives.scot is packed with interactive features and its fresh and concise new content structure will make it easier for businesses to find what they need, when they need it.

Steve Bell, Director of Health and Work at NHS Health Scotland said:

“We’re delighted to launch the new Healthy Working Lives website.  One of the highlights is the ability for people to create a personalised health and safety action plan for their business.  By answering 12 short questions, they will quickly discover their strengths and weaknesses in this area, after which a personalised action plan can be created.  Our range of interactive forms, templates and worked examples will then help them to put the plan into action.

To get the most out of the website and save time during future visits, customers can also create an account, giving them access to exclusive features such as being able to book training courses”.

The website not only helps businesses with practical tasks– such as developing a health and safety policy or completing a return to work form -   its simple guides on a range of topics also provide practical tips and advice on how to keep their workforces healthy and happy.

After all, good workplace health, safety and wellbeing practice isn’t just good for employees – it’s good for business too.

Take a tour of the new home of health, safety and wellbeing now!
