Moray Council Publishes New Salt Barn Proposal Request

Moray Council is seeking a proposal for a new Steel Portal Frame at the Keith Roads Depot Salt Barn, on Bridge Street.

The estimated value of the contract is £30, 000 (excluding VAT).

The estimated date for the publication of the Contract Notice is 26/02/2025.

The structure’s salt storage capacity has to be minimum 3,400 tonnes and the footprint of the building approximately 36m long x 20m wide. The internal clear height has to be a minimum 11m, and its throughout internal footprint must allow for direct unloading from delivery lorries, giving approximately 13.3m height to external ridge.

The Council has published a  Prior Information Notice on Public Contracts Scotland, which is where you can register your interest and obtain any additional information.
