Renfrewshire Council Seeks Contractors to Replace Boiler and Gas Heating Systems

Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint Contractor to carry out Boiler only replacement to 1246 Tenanted Properties and Full gas heating system replacement with boilers to approx. 3399 tenanted properties throughout Renfrewshire.

The Prior Information Notice (PIN) which was published on Public Contracts Scotland, is for Market Research and Engagement and is to help inform a future procurement exercise.  

The Council is looking for the following:

Realistic Timescales from Contractors on how long it would take to complete full heating and boiler replacement works.

There is a questionnaire attached to the PIN notice for interested parties to complete.
