Shetland Council tenders for £1.75m Ferry Service Contract
Calling all ferry service providers!
Shetland Islands Council has opened bids for its Inter-Island Ferry Service, between Shetland Mainland and Foula, on Public Contract Scotland (PCS).
The deadline for receipt of tenders is 24 January 2024, 12 noon.
With a total value of £1.75m (excluding VAT) the contract is due to last three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.
The contract covers provision of a scheduled ferry service on the Foula to Shetland Mainland route, operating from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.
