South Lanarkshire Council is seeking Physiotherapy Services for Council Employees

South Lanarkshire Council are looking to procure a replacement physiotherapy service for employees of South Lanarkshire Council, (SLC), South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC), Lanarkshire Valuation Joint Board (LVJB) and SEEmis.South Lanarkshire Council

South Lanarkshire Council currently provides employees with access to physiotherapy services. The current providers support adults with acute and/or chronic musculoskeletal issues.

The Council is therefore seeking expressions of interest and engagement with potential bidders, in advance of publishing an Invitation to Tender, for new service provision.

The Council is anticipating carrying out an Open procurement process, publishing the Invitation to Tender during 2025. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded for 3 years with an optional extension of up to a further 2 years.

The Council has an indicative annual budget of £100k - £150K per annum for this service and are seeking to consider, and understand, cost effective options/models for a new physiotherapy provision for employees. 

 A Prior Information Notice (PIN) for Physiotherapy Services for Employees has been published on Public Contracts Scotland

Potential bidders are invited to complete the Questionnaire  accessible via the link to the PIN notice and submit their responses no later than 12 noon on Friday: 10 January 2025. Participation in the market engagement is voluntary. Potential bidders are not required to provide an answer to every question in the questionnaire.
