Take Your Best Shot at Bidding for Scottish Enterprise’s Photographic Management Contract

Scottish Enterprise is looking to appoint a single supplier under a Framework Agreement to deliver Photographic Management Services. The contract will include creating and maintaining a web-based photographic library accessible to staff, as well as managing and commissioning photographic work for Scottish Enterprise across Scotland.

Scottish Enterprise commissions between 60 and 80 photography projects each year, spanning a broad range of activity across Scotland. The appointed supplier will be responsible not only for arranging these shoots but also for ensuring around 12 high-quality images are produced for each commission. All images will be uploaded to an online photo library which will be accessible 24/7.

The contract is due to start in September 2025 for an initial period of 36 months, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
