What Do Bidders Need to Know About Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, tools and products are part of a rapidly growing and evolving technology market.

The responsible use of AI is permitted in the procurement process by both bidders of Scottish public sector contracts and Buyers, in accordance with their public body’s policies and guidance.

Scottish Government has developed new guidance, to assist buyers and suppliers and this has been published on both the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey websites:
