Webinars and policy workshops

Webinars

All of the face-to-face training is also offered as webinars, so that SMEs and supported businesses can participate from the comfort of your own desk. Our webinars include:

Quick Quotes made easy

A Quick Quote (QQ) is an online quotation facility within Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), that enables buyers to request competitive quotes electronically for low value purchases.

During this webinar, you will learn more about Quick Quote functionality within PCS, and be given an overview of PCS for those new to electronic tendering.

We don’t currently have any of these events scheduled, but please check back again soon.

Helping you Bid Better; examine the SPD question by question

This course will look at the questions within the SPD document – to help you to understand what information is required.

The Single Procurement Document (SPD) includes questions used at the selection stage of a tender exercise – to enable buyers to ask questions that will identify suitably qualified and experienced suppliers. The SPD is the pre-qualifying stage, formally known as the PQQ / Pre Qualifying Questionnaire. Learn how to answer the SPD in a relaxed, step-by-step manner, in this webinar.

We don’t currently have any of these events scheduled, but please check back again soon.

Policy workshops

Our policy workshops are designed to give you a high level overview of the requirements when submitting a compliant bid for public sector contracts.

Health and safety

Managing health and safety doesn’t have to be complicated, costly or time consuming – it’s easier than you think.

The overall aim of a Health & Safety policy is to support and promote good practices. Whether you have less than five workers or 249, you can learn how to implement Health and Safety processes within your workplace during this webinar.

We don’t currently have any of these events scheduled, but please check back again soon.

Equality and diversity

Learn all about equality and diversity, and how your business practices can benefit from an Equality and Diversity Policy.

We don’t currently have any of these events scheduled, but please check back again soon.
