The first half of this intermediate-level workshop covers the various types of tender procedures in detail, including processes and timescales. The second half deals with the selection stage and completing the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) [ formerly the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire PQQ]

Multi Storey Car Park (adjacent to Rothesay House/Rothes Halls)

Once in central Glenrothes, the Multi Storey Car Park is adjacent to the Rothes Halls/Rothesay House, Glenrothes and is well signposted.  There is a large, ground-level car park which is free for up to three hours’ parking. The multi-storey car park next to this is open until 8.45pm Monday to Friday, and 6.45pm at weekends. You can park on the top floor of the multi-storey car park for £1 all day.
