Aligned Tender Training using PCS

Everyone attending this webinar will learn from our SDP expert trainer as we show you how to register/ login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), and search for this ELC contract notice. We will follow the ELC buyers instruction to access the tender documents. We will spend time answering questions within the Single Procurement Document (SPD) and access all of the Buyer attachments. We will also explain how to use the Q&A functionality to communicate with the buyer during the tender process and demonstrate how to upload your attachments.

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of transport services, is principally for the conveyance of adult services and may include but not limited to the following requirements:

  • Transportation of children including contact (ad hoc)
  • Transportation of school meals
  • Buses and mini-bus hire for school outings (ad hoc)

Contracts operated through this Framework can generally be undertaken by taxis, private cars and minibuses (with up to 22 passenger seats). There is a requirement for some vehicles to be capable of carrying passenger in wheelchairs (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV)).
