Glasgow City Council (GCC) is seeking organisations to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing Support in Schools, specifically organisations who are skilled in working with children and young people and supporting their mental health and wellbeing through a range of interventions and training.

This will vary depending on the age/stage and the support will take the form of one-to-one support, staff development/training and family support - note: this list is not exhaustive. GCC are seeking a number of organisations to provide this support in our Primary and Secondary Schools.

GCC are not seeking trained Counsellors, but rather mental health practitioners or staff trained in youth work (depending on age/stage). The organisations must be able to supply suitably qualified workers who are embedded in the school community between 1-5 days per school week throughout the school year.

As part of this agreement there may be a potential collaboration opportunity with other Local Authorities.

Categories are as follows;
