The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) includes questions used at the selection stage of a tender exercise – to enable buyers to ask questions that will identify suitably qualified and experienced suppliers. The ESPD is the pre-qualifying stage, formally known as the PQQ / Pre Qualifying Questionnaire. This course will look at the questions within the ESPD document – to help you to understand what information is required.
During this webinar, suppliers will explore the entire ESPD one question at a time, guided by an expert. You'll also be able to ask questions and receive suggestions to help you fill out this electronic document more successfully in your future tenders.
