Joint Employability Framework for Stirling and Clackmannanshire Local Authority Areas

A Framework for employability and skills provision is being set up jointly by Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils. It is intended that individual contracts will be awarded via this framework from 1 April 2025 depending on external funding allocations from both Scottish and UK Governments to both Local Authority areas, and depending on local priorities identified by Local Employability Partnerships (LEPs) in both areas. Projects will be awarded directly by either Stirling or Clackmannanshire Councils (or in some circumstances potentially jointly) and delivery is likely to cover the 5 stages of the employability pipeline (split over 3 lots within the framework). We will ask bidders to identify which Lots and stages they wish to be considered for.

Both councils wish to encourage local providers to engage with the framework (as well as regional and national providers) and the events are intended to introduce potential bidders to the opportunity and to support them with the process.

We will also demonstrate the Q&A functionality, how to upload any supporting documentation if required, and how to submit your tender electronically for this opportunity.
