SDP’s annual event returns to Murrayfield for 2016, bringing together suppliers and buyers from across the Scottish public sector

PLEASE NOTE this event is now Sold Out and due to high numbers the waiting list is also closed.

Scottish SME’s can still register with the Programme and take advantage of the free training SDP offers throughout the year.

The public sector in Scotland spends £10billion annually. Can you afford to miss out?

Now in its 8th year, Supplier Development Programme’s “Meet The Buyer” is Scotland’s largest FREE public procurement event. Bringing together buyers from local Councils, NHS, universities and colleges, transport and more, the event offers you the chance to speak directly to some of country’s biggest purchasers and decision-makers. This year we have partnered with the Scottish Government and Business Gateway to make this year’s event the biggest and best we’ve ever held!

As well as a unique networking opportunity, Meet The Buyer 2016 will feature presentations and seminars from key buyers and procurement experts.

Why attend?

  • Meet buyers from over 40 public sector organisations
  • Find out about the Procurement Reform changes and what it means for your business
  • Make key contacts and find opportunities to grow your business

This is a drop-in event, delegates can arrive any time between the opening hours of 10am – 4pm.  A number of presentations will take place throughout the day in the Thistle Suite on a range of procurement-related topics, no pre-booking is required to attend these sessions.
