In light of the information issued by the Scottish Government and the UK Government regarding additional social distancing measures required from the public surrounding COVID-19, Fife Council and the Supplier Development Programme have taken the decision to cancel this event, with the aim of rescheduling it in the future. This Framework Agreement is for a range of adults with various complex needs which can arise due to; learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, restricted communication and behaviour which challenges services, mental health needs, offending behaviour or a combination of these.

The support required ranges from limited support to a very high level of support. The different characteristics and needs of individuals must be recognised to identify and achieve personalised outcomes through a strengths-based, rather than deficit based, approach.
