It is important to note that the public sector in Scotland is open for business, and you are encouraged to tender for upcoming opportunities issued through Public Contracts Scotland.
If you are a Scottish-based SME or supported business, there is a host of information and resources available to directly support you on the SDP website. You must register and log in to view these, where you will also be able to view and book upcoming free webinars. You will also be able to view your local authority’s dedicated SDP Representative’s contact details, who you are encouraged to contact if you have any queries.
The Supplier Development Programme has issued guidance regarding our upcoming face-to-face training and events, which can be viewed on the SDP website. This information is updated during normal working hours. The Supplier Development Programme urges all suppliers to follow advice issued by Health Protection Scotland and NHS Scotland.
For Information Only
Fife Council are going out to tender for the following requirement and are working with the Supplier Development Programme to provide training to those interested in bidding for this opportunity.
This Framework Agreement is for a range of adults with various complex needs which can arise due to; learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, restricted communication and behaviour which challenges services, mental health needs, offending behaviour or a combination of these.
The support required ranges from limited support to a very high level of support. The different characteristics and needs of individuals must be recognised to identify and achieve personalised outcomes through a strengths-based, rather than deficit based, approach.
