Our conference provides an opportunity for Club members to network, hear a range of case studies from businesses and expert opinion on a range of productivity related themes.

Every Wednesday we will discuss some of the topics affecting productivity with practical workshops hosted by members each Friday. If you would like to submit a proposal, please complete the form below.

Welcome to Productivity Matters

Join us for the launch session where we will be joined by Ivan McKee, Minister for Trade, Investment and Innovation and will hear an in-depth case study from businesses increasing productivity across all of their processes.

Overview

This first session will open the conference with an introduction from the Minister for Trade, Investment and Innovation followed by an in-depth case study which will cover all aspects relating to productivity gains including design thinking, culture change, new approaches, digital, and more.
