The Scottish Government have development a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to £5 million, for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered as an economic operator you are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document.
