East Lothian Council in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme is hosting a supplier engagement event for the Council's upcoming e-Bike hire scheme contract opportunity. 

The supplier engagement session, is an opportunity to learn about Council’s plan to widen electric bike access across the county, which includes proposals for a county-wide public hire electric bike scheme. At the webinar you will be encouraged to share any experience that could inform the specifications and parameters of a subsequent procurement process. Representatives from East Lothian Council will be in attendance to give advice on how to submit relevant tender documents and to answer any questions relating to completing tender documents.

One of SDP's expert trainers will be on hand to explain how you can become 'tender ready' for this opportunity with an overview of the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website. 

This event is open to all SMEs, third sector organisations, and supported businesses. It is suitable for a range of suppliers, including, but not limited to: electric bikes; electric cargo bikes; docking and charging infrastructure; digital display boards for hire locations; signage; servicing and maintenance of electric bikes and electric cargo-bikes; and web, app and back-office systems for public hire electric bike schemes.
