Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is seeking suppliers for its upcoming Research, Appraisal, Evaluation and Delivery Framework. 

The aim of this webinar is to raise awareness and to support suppliers so that you understand more about the tender opportunity and process. Representatives from both HIE and South and Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) will be in attendance on the day to answer any questions you may have. 

The Framework will consist of 3 Lots with SOSE collaborating with HIE on Lot 3: 

• Lot 1 - Strategic and Operational Planning/Delivery Support
• Lot 2 - Appraisal and Evaluation 
• Lot 3 - Research
