Talking Tenders with Perth and Kinross Council - Housing Term Maintenance

Perth and Kinross Council is looking to work with suitably qualified and experienced contractors to support our responsive, void and emergency repairs service to our customers. Our aim is to deliver high quality services to our tenants, providing effective and responsive services when they contact us. The Council own in the region of 7650 homes for rent including flats, semi-detached and terraced properties. We want to create a 3 year agreement to start on 1 April 2022 with the option to extend by one year. The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend this session.
