Talking Tenders with Shetland Islands Council

This free webinar provides an overview of the tendering process and what contract opportunities are planned and includes a training session on Public Contracts Scotland which is the service used to bid for contracts.

Public Contracts Scotland is the national public sector tender portal for Scotland. It lists contract opportunities for all public sector bodies and has a “Quick Quote” function for lower value contracts which suppliers use to submit their quotes to work with the council.
